I'm very sorry to have delayed the delivery of the product you ordered.
If all of the products are okay after inspection, tomorrow to the day after tomorrow.
Please excuse us for a little more time as we are scheduled to be shipped.

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes on the date of 5/3. And as of today (5/13), the status is still "preparing shipment."

Could I get any updates of the process? On the receipt page, the products will be shipped within 2-7 days after the payment is received.

Did you guys not get the payment?

I also emailed you guys in Korean twice already and none of you had replied to my email and I am very frustrated as

I can clearly see that you guys are responding to every questions that other customers had posted (as of 5/13) on the Korean website.

I don't know. Maybe this American page is not managed of being checked regularly.

However, I payed almost $300 ($97 shipping) and I know that this is not the way you guys are supposed to treat your customers.

I just need a simple answer.
