I ordered 6 pairs of shoes on the date of 5/3. And as of today (5/13), the status is still "preparing shipment."
Could I get any updates of the process? On the receipt page, the products will be shipped within 2-7 days after the payment is received.
Did you guys not get the payment?
I also emailed you guys in Korean twice already and none of you had replied to my email and I am very frustrated as
I can clearly see that you guys are responding to every questions that other customers had posted (as of 5/13) on the Korean website.
I don't know. Maybe this American page is not managed of being checked regularly.
However, I payed almost $300 ($97 shipping) and I know that this is not the way you guys are supposed to treat your customers.
I just need a simple answer.
